![]() University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF06173 The Ordway lab in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at UCLA is seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers to join the Forest Ecosystems & Global Change group. We use remote sensing, field observations, and models to understand patterns and processes of forest ecosystem structure and function and the responses of these systems to land use and climate change. We also emphasize research tropics that engage directly with food security and conservation research and efforts in forested landscapes. Multiple research topics are available:
The lab (https://elsaordway.weebly.com/) is located in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at UCLA (https://www.eeb.ucla.edu/). The position can begin as early as fall 2021, but we are willing to consider applicants that cannot start until winter or spring 2022.
